What are you grateful for?
I am grateful that September 21, 1999 was Yom Kippur. And although I am not Jewish, I was vaguely aware that Yom Kippur is the Day of Atonement.
Atonement: satisfaction or reparation for a wrong or injury; amends.
Well, what better way to make amends than to stop injuring myself (and others around me) on a daily basis and finally quit smoking. So I chose that day to be my quit day! I prepared myself and my surroundings, gathered all of my willingness and commitment, and began the journey.
I can’t think of anything I am more grateful for than my liberation from smoking and the joyous life that freedom affords me now.
My father passed 14 years ago from alcoholism and COPD. And my mom has been living with lung cancer (miraculously) for 11 years. I am forever grateful for my health, the knowing that my parents’ story will not be mine, and that my daughter is not being raised in addiction. Being free from smoking grants me the ability to be more present, to play, and to know I am the best role model I can be.
In celebration of 18 years smoke free and of World Gratitude Day, I am offering 18% off both my Quit Smoking Series and SmokeFree Success®. So whether you prefer one on one support or are more of a DIY, I have the tool for you to quit smoking for good. And even if you don’t need support in quitting, you may know someone still struggling with nicotine addiction. Please forward this proven method and amazing deal to them. Even share it on Social Media. It’s time for all of us to be free of this needless and harmful habit.
And this process isn’t only for smoking cigarettes, it can be used for vaping, chewing tobacco or nicotine gum.
“After smoking for 11 years and chewing tobacco for 7, I tried using nicotine gum to support me in quitting. Unfortunately I continued with the gum for 5 more years. I was tired of my dependency on nicotine negatively impacting my life. I missed kissing my wife! It was time to stop so I set up appointments with Rebekka. After just one session I was off the gum. I continued through the four sessions as suggested and have been completely nicotine-free for 7 years.” ~Dave H. Santa Barbara
As always, I am so grateful for your support and referrals!
In health and service,
Rebekka
