Anxiety Relief Ten Session Series

Ten one-hour sessions that include hypnosis, EFT tapping and coaching exercises to help you reduce your anxiety and panic. Take charge of your nervous system and feel more in control of your life.

Sessions are held remotely via phone or Zoom.


Hypnosis has been officially declared a proven therapeutic medium to curb stress and anxiety by The British Psychological Society. Hypnosis gains us access to the subconscious mind to change the existing beliefs and create positive expectancy.

EFT works directly with the limbic system – our fight, flight, freeze response, making it an incredible tool for dealing with anxiety, panic attacks and phobias. EFT calms the stress response and regulates the nervous system.

This package includes ten one-hour sessions with me, where we’ll use a combination of hypnosis and EFT tapping to help you take charge of your nervous system and feel more empowered and free.

Appointments are scheduled for 55 minutes. I successfully meet with my clients remotely, and digital recordings of your hypnosis will be emailed.
