Hypnosis has been officially declared a proven therapeutic medium to curb stress and anxiety by The British Psychological Society.
Anxiety is really just a form of ‘negative self-hypnosis’. The thoughts and ideas we hold in our mind create physical and emotional responses. Hypnosis gains us access to the subconscious mind to change the existing beliefs and create positive expectancy.
EFT is also incredibly valuable in dealing with worry and anxiety. It works directly with the limbic system – our fight, flight, freeze response. EFT rewires the nervous system’s response to the story/ trauma /belief.
This package includes four one-hour sessions with me, where we’ll use a combination of hypnosis and EFT tapping therapy to help you take charge of your nervous system and feel more empowered and free.
Sessions are held in my downtown Santa Barbara office or via Skype by scheduled appointment after purchase.
