Avoiding Emotional Time-Travel

Holidays are a time for families to connect. That can be both wonderful and challenging. I love my family dearly, but concentrated holiday time with them can find me emotionally time-traveling.

The Gift of Letting Go

Focus on my needs? But, isn’t that selfish?

Filled With Gratitude

Hi Friends,

I am so filled with gratitude this morning for many reasons.

To name just a few:

  1. Interest in SmokeFreeSuccess® is growing with a KEYT news story and an interview in SB Fitness Magazine.
  2. My loved ones are happy and well.
  3. We finally got some rain in Santa Barbara yesterday, to return again tomorrow.
